At RSM, electives and serve teams are designed to help you grow in the gifts and talents you already have, while also encouraging you to explore new areas of your calling. With a wide variety of options, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deeper into your strengths and passions, while also discovering new gifts that God has placed on your life. Whether through hands-on ministry experience or specialized courses, these opportunities are meant to equip you for your unique purpose and expand your capacity for service in the Kingdom.

RSM SONGBIRDS

Our Songbirds are dedicated to worshiping the King and ushering in His presence with every note and every song. Their goal is to create an atmosphere where students can encounter God deeply and authentically, focusing on the heart of worship rather than performance. With a passion for leading others into deep intimacy and reverence, they play a key role in creating a Spirit-filled atmosphere during the week.

As a part of Songbirds, you'll have many opportunities to use your gift, including RSM takeovers and chapel services. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to be involved in songwriting, giving you a space to express your creativity and contribute to the school’s worship culture. RSM Songbirds offers a space where you can freely express the unique way God has gifted you through worship.

RSM ENCOUNTERS DANCE TEAM

Our Encounters team is dedicated to shifting the atmosphere and creating spaces where others can encounter the Lord in a profound way. Worshiping Yahweh through dance is a powerful expression, allowing the body to reflect what the Spirit is feeling. With anointed dances that speak to the heart, this team has had the opportunity to dance across the nation, impacting lives wherever they go.

KINGDOM OUTREACH

At RSM, our heart is to take all that we receive and pour it back out to others, so that the love of Christ would be spread.Our outreach program is designed to equip students for Kingdom work beyond the four walls of the church, empowering them to make a tangible impact in their communities. Through hands-on experience and intentional service, students will be prepared to take the love of Christ to the streets, sharing His message and love with those who need it.
